The Road Safety Awareness Project aims to educate, engage, and empower individuals and communities across seven districts of Uttar Pradesh to adopt safer road-use practices and contribute towards reducing road accidents.
The Road Safety Awareness Project aims to educate, engage, and empower individuals and communities across seven districts of Uttar Pradesh to adopt safer road-use practices and contribute towards reducing road accidents.
The initiative uses a combination of awareness sessions, road shows, street plays (skits), IEC materials, and digital communication to deliver road safety messages across communities. Digital displays installed at prominent locations will further strengthen the outreach by showcasing road safety messages and videos in high-visibility public spaces.

Implementation Approach
The project is being implemented through a partnership between AU Bank Small Finance Bank, CCSE (Centre for CSR and Sustainability Excellence), Apna Theatre, and JPM. The multi-channel approach combines community engagement, performing arts, information dissemination, and digital communication to make road safety awareness more accessible and impactful across the target locations.
